END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & THIRD-PARTY NOTICES

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "License") is a legally binding contract between Edenic Technologies Company (T) Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Licensee," "User," "you," or "your"), governing your license to download, install, access, and use the EdenVuna software application, including all updates, upgrades, patches, modules, and conversational AI services (the "Application").

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Application, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must delete the Application and cease all use of the Service immediately.

1. LICENSE GRANT AND SCOPE OF USE

Subject to your strict compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and personal license to access, view, and use the Application on compatible personal mobile devices, tablets, and desktop computers solely for your internal agricultural operations (whether as an individual smallholder farmer, cooperative member, or agricultural advisor).

This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Application, but only a limited right to use the Application in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. EXPLICIT LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You shall not, and you shall not permit any third party to:

Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works of the Application or any part thereof.
Reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application or its underlying proprietary crop recommendation algorithms.
Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks, copyrights, patent notices, or other intellectual property markings from the Application.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make the Application available to any third party for commercial service bureau operations.
Use any automated bots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, or crawlers to harvest crop metrics, weather data, or chat dialogues from the database.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security headers, rate-limiting systems, or Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

Company Property: The Application, including its source code, databases, crop recommendation rules, UI layouts, graphics, logos, icons, and AI components (Adam), is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Edenic Technologies Company (T) Ltd. Your use of the Application does not transfer any rights of ownership to you.
Protection of Rights: You agree to protect the Company's intellectual property rights and to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized copying or infringement of our software.

4. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

If you provide us with any feedback, ideas, feature requests, or suggestions regarding the Application ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to the Company all rights, titles, and interests in such Feedback. The Company shall be free to use, modify, copy, sublicense, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation, royalty, or compensation to you.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

Effective Date: This Agreement is effective from the first date you install, register, or access the Application and remains in force until terminated.
Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and removing the Application from all your devices.
Termination by Company: The Company reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate your license and block your account immediately without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement or engage in fraudulent activities.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all access to the Application and delete all copies in your possession.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APPLICATION IS LICENSED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA, THE COMPANY EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED AGRICULTURAL CROP YIELD RESULTS, BE COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER SOFTWARE, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, MEET PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, OR BE COMPLETELY SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, CROP HARVEST VALUE, SOIL QUALITY, DATABASE CORRUPTION, OR DEVICE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from this License that cannot be resolved amicably within forty-five (45) days of notification shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The Vuna Application contains open-source software components licensed under various third-party licenses. Below are the notices and license agreements for the primary open-source libraries used:
